Job summary

ARRO Water Services is seeking an Operator to support medium-sized facility operations under general supervision. You will assist in daily plant tasks and work with senior operators and engineers to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least five years in operations or engineering, and a water/wastewater license is preferred. Travel to client sites and field inspections may be required, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in operations management or engineering.
• Water/wastewater license in the state of operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of medium-sized facilities and support senior operators and engineers.
• Reports to the Operations Manager and works under general supervision.
• Attend client meetings with senior level operators or project manager.
• Coordinate construction/operation activities at treatment plants to minimize delays and interference with operations.
• Meet or exceed assigned utilization goals and stay within budget.
• Maintain good client relations and pursue professional development.
