Job summary

LU Service Corp. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead field staff and manage daily water and wastewater system operations. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections across wells, lifts, and treatment facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and ADEQ Grade IV certification in water distribution or treatment. A CDL may be required to operate company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and relevant technical knowledge.
• ADEQ Grade IV certification in water distribution/treatment is required for Arizona locations.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience with leadership/supervisory responsibilities; ADEQ/prior leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field staff in operation, maintenance, and inspection of water and sewer facilities.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily work; train staff and maintain SOPs.
• Oversee SCADA operations, data collection, and reporting of performance metrics.
