Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment and pumping plant operations preferred.
• Experience with safety practices and emergency response is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the water and/or wastewater operations department.
• Participate in development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.
• Execute the annual operations plan for the department.
• Provide supervision to operations staff.
• Develop and maintain contracts and relationships with operations clients.
