Job summary

All Dry Services of Greater Charlotte is seeking an experienced Estimator & Project Manager to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will respond to emergencies, assess damage, and guide restoration from water and mold to finish.

You will document activities, manage crews, and communicate progress with clients throughout the project. The role requires hands-on restoration knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Respond quickly to emergency calls and assess damage extent.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and restoration.
• Follow mold remediation processes safely and standards.
• Document restoration activities with photos and measurements.
• Communicate progress and concerns to clients.
• Follow PPE safety guidelines and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and assess scope of water, mold, or fire damage.
• Coordinate restoration activities with the team to meet timelines.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and PPE.
• Provide clear progress updates to clients and adjust plans as needed.
• Safely dispose of hazardous materials per guidelines.
