Job summary

All Dry Services of Greater Charlotte is seeking an experienced Estimator & Project Manager to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will respond to emergencies, assess damage, and guide restoration from water and mold to finish.

You will document activities, manage crews, and communicate progress with clients throughout the project. The role requires hands-on restoration knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Respond quickly to emergency calls and assess damage extent.

Job Specifications

• Respond to emergency calls promptly and assess the extent of water, mold, or fire damage.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and restoration procedures to prevent further damage.
• Implement mold remediation processes, including containment, removal, and cleaning, while adhering to industry standards.
• Set up and operate specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers.
• Collaborate with team members and follow established protocols to ensure efficient restoration processes.
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials following established guidelines.
• Document all restoration activities, including photographs, measurements, and job details.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during restoration activities.
• Maintain and clean equipment, tools, and work areas after each job.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in water and mold damage restoration preferred.
• Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with handling water damage, mold remediation, and fire damage situations.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
