Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation and mold remediation preferred but not required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented person as a Water Mitigation/Mold Remediation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing water extraction, drying, and mold remediation procedures in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water damage restoration and mold remediation techniques, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional results. We also do on the job training for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water damage situations promptly and efficiently

• Execute mold remediation procedures in accordance with industry guidelines and regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in water mitigation and mold remediation preferred but not a must
• Certification in water damage restoration and mold remediation is a plus but not required

• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
