Job summary

A leading property restoration company is seeking a full-time Restoration and Remediation Technician in Lynn, Massachusetts. As part of a dedicated team, you will handle property damage inspections and restoration tasks, ensuring quality service to customers. Qualifications

• IICRC Certifications WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT are a plus but not required.
• Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration is a plus but not required.
• 1-year experience in Water Fire Mold Mitigation is a plus but not required.
• Driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged property.
• Physically remove unsalvageable building materials.
• Physically stage equipment.
• Load and unload company vehicle.
• Document work performed.
• Maintain respectful customer contact.
• Must maintain courteous direct customer contact that is respectful

Responsibilities for Water, Fire and Mold Technician:

• Inspect damaged property
• Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation)
• Physically stage equipment
• Load and unload company vehicle
• Must be able to drive company vehicle
• Must have ability to document work performed
• Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful
