• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Comfort working in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, or basements.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

• Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA vacuums.
• Perform demolition as needed (drywall removal, flooring removal).
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, tools, and equipment.
• Document moisture readings, work performed, and site conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with crew leads, project managers, and customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools; be on call for emergencies.

You’ll be working directly in the field, helping property owners recover from water-related damage with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services

• Perform demolition as needed (drywall removal, flooring removal, etc.)
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, tools, and equipment

• Communicate effectively with crew leads, project managers, and customers
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and toolsBe on call for emergency services, including evenings or weekends as scheduled

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, or a labor-intensive field
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) are a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
