Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a motivated Water Mitigation Laborer to join our team. You will use specialized skills and equipment to mitigate water-damaged homes and businesses, performing water mitigation, mold remediation, and other restoration services in residential and commercial settings.

We offer weekly pay, day-one benefits (medical, dental, and vision), a $17.00–$20.00/hour pay range, 401(k) match up to 4%, PTO and holidays, and company-provided uniforms and gear.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous laborer experience is required.
• Bonus skills: Water mitigation experience is a big plus, but paid training is provided.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn from the best in the industry.
• Professionalism: A professional appearance and personality.
• Reliability: A team player who can also work independently when needed.

Responsibilities
