Job summary
Rytech Restoration in Indianapolis is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician responsible for daily mitigation tasks, handling new referrals, and communicating with customers and managers to ensure timely service. The role requires availability by phone and email during on-duty hours, a willingness to travel, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to travel in times of need.
- Experience with insurance claims is a plus.
- IICRC Certifications (WRT/ASD) are a plus.
- Must be able to lift/move heavy equipment and contents.
- Knowledge of iPad features and apps.
- Restoration industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and emails during scheduled hours.
- Communicate daily with Operations manager.
- Maintain a company vehicle and related equipment.
- Keep SDS sheets and fleet vehicle handbook up to date.
- Update files daily in the MICA app.
- Be on-call 24/7 as scheduled.
- Communicate with customers and insurance personnel daily.
