Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; WRT and/or ASD certification a plus.
• Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, dependable and punctual.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a team and follow lead technicians' directions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Physical ability for manual labor, lifting equipment, and varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians in assessing and mitigating water damage in residential and commercial properties.
• Set up and operate equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ensure accurate documentation and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with lead technicians to complete projects on time and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Be coachable and eager to learn and grow.
