Job summary

ServiceMaster of Greater Washington is seeking a hands-on team member to support mitigation projects on job sites in Fredericksburg, VA. You will assist the project manager, perform demolition and water remediation as directed, and handle equipment.

This role requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work overtime or on-call. We offer health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule / ability to work overtime
• Ability to work on-call
• Ability to lift 70 lbs or more
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Assist mitigation project manager on job site
• Perform demolition and water remediation as directed
• Load & unload equipment from vehicle
• Able to work independently or with a team
• Able to enter data/job notes using a tablet or mobile phone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
