You'll respond to emergencies, perform extraction and drying, and document progress using mitigation software while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation or restoration preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification is a plus.
• Ability to operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment.
• Strong physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to be on‑call for after‑hours emergencies.
• Strong communication and customer‑first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and moisture mapping.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, mats).
• Document job progress with photos, readings, and notes using mitigation software.
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
• Identify and remove unsalvageable materials as needed.
• Ensure job sites are safe and compliant with IICRC standards.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to water damage emergency calls in a timely and professional manner
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping on affected properties
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and drying mats
• Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes using mitigation software
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters throughout the restoration process
• Identify and remove unsalvageable materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation as needed
• Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and compliant with IICRC drying standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in water mitigation, restoration, or a related trade is preferred
• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification is a plus
• Ability to operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment
• Strong physical stamina — ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or demanding environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to be on‑call and respond to after‑hours emergency jobs
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
