Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Ohio is seeking an entry-level Water Restoration Technician to join a responsive team that helps homes and businesses recover after water damage. You’ll gain hands-on experience and work closely with veteran technicians on mitigation projects.

No prior experience required—the company provides comprehensive training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive environment focused on safety, teamwork, and service to the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required).
• Customer service skills and a desire to learn.
• Comfort using technology like smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
