What You’ll Do as a Water Restoration Technician
- Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
- Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
- Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
- Accurately document progress using job management software.
- Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.
- Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.

What You Bring to the Team
- High school diploma or GED.
- A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required).
- Customer service skills and a desire to learn.
- Comfort using technology like smartphones and tablets.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Be ready to work overtime, weekends, and in varying weather conditions.
- Climb ladders, wear respirators when needed, and work in tight spaces.
