Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Kentucky is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies, perform water mitigation, extraction, and mold remediation, and support homeowners and teams.

You will complete tasks with professional drying equipment, document progress in job management software, and grow through comprehensive training and upward mobility within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be team‑oriented.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as a Water Restoration Technician

As a Water Restoration Technician, you’ll gain hands‑on experience while working closely with our expert team to:

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
• Accurately document progress using job management software.
• Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.
• Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.

What You Bring to the Team
