Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Warren, OH is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies and perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation. You will set up drying equipment, document progress, and work with homeowners and lead technicians to complete projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required).
• Customer service skills and a desire to learn.
• Comfort using technology like smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
