Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Mitigation Superintendent to lead field operations, ensure jobsite safety, and manage moisture remediation projects from start to finish.

The role focuses on coordinating teams, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely invoicing while upholding high standards of service and safety. Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership and exceptional communication in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, accuracy, and time management.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and standards.
• Willing to obtain IICRC restoration certifications.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and enter confined spaces; able to climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen; no felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Verify all tasks on the scope of work and inform the Project Manager when completed.
• Ensure a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and company policy.
• Moisture maps and monitors the dry out of all assignments.
• Notify Project Manager of completed jobs for final invoicing to customers.
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and drying equipment for the crew.
• Lead the mitigation team and maintain strong leadership of operations.
• Coordinate with team and clients to resolve issues.
• Complete weekly vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• May work 40+ hours per week and be on-call during catastrophic events.
