Job summary

PuroClean is seeking a Water Mitigation Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to manage water mitigation projects per IICRC standards. The role includes mold and biohazard remediation, fire and contents restoration, and strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities emphasize customer satisfaction, teamwork with offices and technicians, and strict adherence to safety and field protocols. Prior experience in water mitigation and IICRC WRT/ASD certification are required.

Qualifications

• IICRC Certification in WRT & ASD.
• Minimum 2 years water mitigation experience.

• Ability to assess and address each job with a customer-service focus
• Managing relationships with referral sources
• Recordkeeping on industry-specific apps, and accurate paperwork
• Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
• Closely following safety protocols
