Job summary

ServiceMaster TEAM – Water, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration in North Richland Hills, TX, seeks a Water Mitigation Coordinator/Receptionist to coordinate daily crew schedules, dispatch technicians, and manage the mitigation department’s calendar. This in-office position also provides receptionist support, answers calls, assists customers, and ensures accurate documentation in CRM and billing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in office coordination, scheduling, dispatching or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Restoration or insurance industry experience is a plus.
• IICRC certifications are not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch mitigation crews to active and incoming jobs.
• Maintain and manage the daily/weekly mitigation calendar.
• Adjust schedules for cancellations, emergencies, or crew availability.
• Communicate schedule changes to technicians, crews, and Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling and job needs.
