Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is looking for a Mitigation Project Manager to join our Birmingham team. You will report to the Branch Manager, lead the Mitigation Superintendent, Lead Technician, and laborers, and drive project roll-out with precise scheduling and coordinated insurance communications.

Responsibilities include ensuring OSHA-compliant sites, managing budgets and profit margins, and using Xactimate, PSA, XactAnalysis, and MICA tools.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in restoration, preferably mitigation.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and guidelines.
• WRT certification preferred; ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Branch Manager and lead Mitigation team on projects.
• Create work orders, schedule jobs, and coordinate with adjusters.
• Oversee safety, budgeting, and profitability for assigned projects.
• Use PSA, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and MICA Moisture Mapping in workflows.
• Be on call during catastrophic events and work 48+ hours when needed.
