Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Water Mitigation Project Manager. In this role, you will lead daily operations, manage multiple mitigation projects, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Candidates should have prior mitigation and Xactimate experience, along with excellent communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary between $55k and $60k, company vehicle, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Prior mitigation experience is required.
• Must have Xactimate experience.
• Driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check are required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily meeting and assign duties to your team.
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Travel to customers to scope jobs and confirm scope with the insured and adjustor.
• Budget jobs to margin and ensure high operational standards.
