SERVPRO - Team SPG is a leading remediation and restoration provider offering 24/7 emergency and reconstruction services. The Water Restoration Crew Chief/Assistant Project Manager leads a mitigation crew in water, fire, and mold projects, ensuring safe, efficient work and top-tier customer service.

The role requires supervising production tasks, coordinating job flow, and maintaining documentation, while upholding safety standards and company processes. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1–3 years of water/fire mitigation experience.
• Knowledge of drying equipment and moisture documentation.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the mitigation crew on water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation projects.
• Perform and supervise water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and remediation production work.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and accurately document moisture readings and daily progress.
• Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order, monitoring from start to finish.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate requirements for each job.
• Explain processes and answer customer questions, building relationships with customers.
