Job summary

The City of Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a semi-skilled Water Servicer to support meter reading, maintenance of meters and boxes, and basic service connections. You will work under moderate supervision, handle customer interactions, and assist with field tasks along a 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read water meters on assigned routes and record consumption.
• Disconnects/connects water service and maintains meters/boxes.
• Provide customer service and manage truck maintenance/inventory.
• Maintain records of readings and report meters not accessible.
