Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Utilities Infrastructure Project Manager (Wastewater) to lead wastewater infrastructure projects from scope definition through closeout. You will manage engineers and contractors to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes permitting, regulatory coordination, and cost control, with quarterly site visits and a focus on accountability and collaboration within Havenpark’s caring community culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years managing utility infrastructure projects, specifically wastewater.
• PM professional certification (PMP) preferred, not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel about quarterly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of wastewater projects from scope definition through closeout.
• Define scope before bidding to minimize changes and ensure price accuracy.
• Develop upfront project plans, milestones, and budgets in PM software.
• Manage engineers and contractors to meet scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate permits, plan reviews, and regulatory approvals.
• Track costs, produce status reports, and flag variances early.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and RVPs; ensure timely communication.
