• Experience with NPDES, industrial pretreatment, or decentralized wastewater systems.

A rapidly growing technology infrastructure company is hiring a senior water professional to lead water and wastewater strategy across a portfolio of large-scale data center developments.

The role will own water infrastructure from site selection and water rights diligence through permitting, utility agreements, and construction, working closely with development, engineering, design, construction, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater infrastructure strategy across multiple data center projects.
• Assess water supply, wastewater capacity, water rights, and infrastructure risks during site selection.
• Negotiate water supply and wastewater agreements with utilities, municipalities, and service providers.
• Manage NPDES, industrial pretreatment, water withdrawal, and related permitting requirements.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and identify potential water supply or compliance risks.
• Coordinate water-related activities across development, engineering, construction, and operations.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of experience with water/wastewater infrastructure for industrial, commercial, or data center projects.
