Job summary

Metric Geo, an employee-owned environmental and infrastructure consulting firm in Austin, seeks a Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater engineering projects. You will guide scope, schedules, budgets, and technical delivery while developing client relationships and mentoring engineering teams.

This role offers opportunities to grow the regional water/wastewater practice, participate in business development, and contribute to project teams and proposals. Texas P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil/environmental/mechanical or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of engineering or infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in project management.
• Texas P.E. license required or ability to obtain within three months.
• Experience delivering municipal water/wastewater projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial management, client relationships and communication skills.

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to manage complex infrastructure projects, develop client relationships, mentor engineering teams and contribute to the continued growth of the regional water/wastewater practice.
