Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, permits, and industry standards.
• Monitor contractor activities for safety and environmental compliance.
• Conduct field inspections of water mains, services, valves, hydrants, and related infrastructure.
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, operations personnel, and regulatory agencies.
• Verify proper installation of materials and equipment.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and record updates.
• Support emergency response and damage investigations.
• Maintain inspection records and project documentation.
