Ideal candidates have 12+ years of municipal water/wastewater consulting, a PE license, and a proven record of winning and delivering complex infrastructure projects while mentoring teams and representing the firm at industry events.

Formación

• 12+ years in municipal water/wastewater consulting.
• Established relationships with Massachusetts municipalities and utilities.
• Demonstrated success winning and delivering complex infrastructure programs.
• Strong executive presence and client-facing leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and construction.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with municipal water and wastewater clients, utilities, and state agencies.
• Lead business development, capture planning, proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations.
• Serve as Project Manager on major treatment, conveyance, pumping, resiliency, and asset management programs.
• Collaborate with regional and national technical leaders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Mentor project managers and technical staff.
• Represent WSP at NEWEA, MWWA, AWWA, ACEC, and regional industry events.
• Help shape growth strategy for the New England water market.
