Job summary

Stantec seeks Civil or Environmental Engineering interns for Summer 2027 to support water infrastructure projects across South Burlington VT, Providence RI, Hartford CT, or Auburn NH. You will work in a team environment with exposure to treatment plants, pipelines, and drainage projects.

The role targets motivated students pursuing civil/environmental engineering with strong CAD/BIM skills and a drive to learn through hands-on tasks and field support.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD/BIM tools.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and designers with calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Edit drawings in CAD/BIM software.
• Support field investigations and construction activities.
