Job summary

Stantec seeks an Civil or Environmental Engineering Intern to contribute on water infrastructure projects across multiple offices in the Northeast. You will assist with calculations, drawings, and reports and gain exposure to water/wastewater treatment, pipelines, and flood relief initiatives.

The role targets students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, with CAD/BIM experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Experience with CAD/BIM software is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and designers with calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Prepare CAD/BIM drawings and supporting documents for bidding.
• Support field investigations and on-site documentation.
• Contribute to projects like water/wastewater infrastructure upgrades.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering (in progress)
