100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Water Heater Selling Technician in San Diego, CA. The role blends hands-on installation with active sales, delivering heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during service calls.

You will educate customers on energy efficiency and value, close sales on-site, and coordinate with dispatch for timely completion. A field-oriented position requires physical work, a valid license, and strong customer interaction skills.

Qualificações

• Sales experience preferred and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Plumbing background preferred and able to perform field work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and working on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during service calls.
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters with safety and code compliance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance on units.
• Maintain accurate documentation and keep job sites clean and organized.
