CastleWorks is seeking a Water Heater Selling Technician who blends hands-on plumbing with sales acumen to educate customers, present options, close jobs, and drive earnings through commissions—this is a high-impact, customer-facing role.

You’ll install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters in homes and small commercial settings, diagnose issues, maintain job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and leverage AI-powered coaching tools to improve performance while upholding safety and quality.

• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and performing field work
• Coachable, growth-minded, and open to feedback
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company policy

Responsabilités

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during service calls
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters in compliance with safety and code requirements
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance
• Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and sharpen selling skills
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance, and long-term value
• Maintain truck inventory, complete documentation, and keep clean job sites
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to ensure timely job completion
• Work overtime as needed due to the emergency nature of water heater services
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What You’ll Do

As a Water Heater Selling Technician, you’ll serve as both a hands-on technician and trusted sales advisor, selling and installing water heater solutions in residential and commercial settings.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred—you’re comfortable presenting options and asking for the sale
• At least 1 year of relevant field experience (plumbing background preferred)

• Coachable, growth‑minded, and open to feedback
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company policy
