CastleWorks Water Heaters is hiring a Water Heater Selling Technician in Corona, CA. You will combine hands-on plumbing with sales expertise to recommend and install water heater solutions for residential and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes educating customers, closing sales, and delivering high-quality workmanship while earning hourly pay plus weekly commissions. A valid driver’s license, physical fitness, and strong customer-service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; comfortable presenting options and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and performing field work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during service calls.
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters in compliance with safety and code requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and sharpen selling skills.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance, and long-term value.
• Maintain truck inventory, complete documentation, and keep clean job sites.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to ensure timely job completion.
• Work overtime as needed due to the emergency nature of water heater services.
