Job summary

Instructs at least two classes weekly, coordinates substitutes, and ensures attendance goals while keeping equipment clean and the facility welcoming. Strong customer service and inclusivity are essential.

Qualifications

• Current NCCA Group Fitness Certification is required at hire.
• CPR/First Aid & AED certification within first 30 days of employment.
• Outgoing, customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and design group exercise classes meeting safety guidelines.
• Lead at least 2 classes per week and arrange substitutes as needed.
• Record attendance and achieve a minimum 60% target.
• Maintain equipment and keep the group exercise area clean.
• Engage members and support wellness goals; promote programs.
