YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio) is seeking a Water Fitness Instructor to lead class sessions, demonstrate aquatic movements, and adapt routines for participants in a supportive, health-focused environment.

The part-time position emphasizes safety, motivation, and teamwork, with opportunities to receive CPR/certification training and enjoy YMCA memberships and program discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fun, friendly and people-oriented demeanor.
• CPR certified (or certified within 30 days after hire).
• Training and certification provided by the YMCA.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine interest in, and dedication to, improving the health and wellness of each participant.
• Prepare movements and choreography prior to class.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Attend mandatory in-service trainings.
