Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio) is seeking a friendly Water Fitness Instructor to lead classes Monday through Friday, 12:00–3:00 p.m., creating a safe, engaging environment for participants of all ages and fitness levels. The successful candidate demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication and a people‑oriented approach.

CPR certification (or certification within 30 days after hire) is required, and training and certification are provided by the YMCA.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fun, friendly and people-oriented.
• CPR certified (or certified within 30 days after hire).
• Training and certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine interest in, and dedication to, improving the health and wellness of each participant.
• Prepare movements and choreography prior to class.

Starting Wage
