ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is hiring a Restoration Technician to join our growing fire and water restoration team. This hands-on role helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, smoke, and storm damage.

We provide training, support, and the tools you need to succeed, with IICRC certification training paid and opportunities to grow into leadership or project management roles. Whether experienced or starting out, join a small, motivated team that values reliability and

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Restoration, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services.
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment.
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Take moisture readings and document job progress.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process.

Compensation:

• Entry-level technicians $17–20/hr
• Experienced technicians $23 – $25
