ServiceMaster Restore Crofton is hiring a Restoration Technician to join our fire and water restoration team. This hands-on role helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, smoke, and storm damage, offering strong long-term career opportunities in a growing industry.

We provide training, support, and tools to help you succeed, with on-the-job learning and opportunities to advance into leadership or project management roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment.
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Take moisture readings and document job progress.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process.
