Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is seeking a Restoration Technician to join our fire and water restoration team. You will work on hands-on projects helping homeowners and businesses recover after damage, with training and support provided to grow in the field.

We offer opportunities for advancement, paid IICRC certification training, company uniforms and a company vehicle pathway, and both full-time and part-time positions to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean record are required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Restoration, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services.
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment.
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Document moisture readings and job progress; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process.

Compensation:

• Entry-level technicians $17–20/hr
• Experienced technicians $21 – $25

Responsibilities:

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
