Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our water, fire, and storm damage team. This hands-on role helps homeowners and businesses recover when disaster strikes, with ongoing training and clear opportunities for advancement.

You will perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, set up equipment, and document progress while maintaining safe, organized job sites.

Qualifications

• IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Restoration, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services.
• Set up and monitor restoration equipment.
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Take moisture readings and document job progress.

Compensation:

Entry‑level technicians $17–20/hr

Experienced technicians $21 – $25

Responsibilities:
