The role focuses on responding to damage events, performing water extraction, demolition, and applying IICRC-standard mitigation, while delivering high-quality customer service.

Candidates should have 1+ year in restoration, good communication, dependability, and willingness to work after hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience preferred in the Restoration industry (Water, Fire & Mold Remediation)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Willing to work after normal business hours as needed (time-and-a-half / bonuses)
• Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependable with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water or fire damage
• Emergency service response and water extraction
• Mitigation services to industry standards
• Document job progress with detailed notes
• Follow safety practices and use of equipment
• Move and lift 50 lbs or more
