Modernistic Cleaning and Restoration in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring Experienced Water & Fire Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. You will respond to property damage, perform water extraction, demolition, and set up drying equipment to restore homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience preferred in the Restoration industry (Water, Fire & Mold Remediation).
• Willingness to learn the entire restoration process and follow safety practices.
• Able to pass drug screening and background check; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water or fire damage.
• Emergency service response, water extraction, light demolition and drying equipment setup.
• Mitigation services to IICRC standards and detailed daily notes.
• Educate customers on additional services and maintain safety practices.
