Qualifications

• 1+ year of restoration industry experience preferred (Water, Fire & Mold Remediation).
• Willingness to learn the entire restoration process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water or fire damage.
• Emergency service response and water extraction.
• Use of hand and power tools; placement of drying equipment.
• Mitigation to IICRC standards; document daily notes.
• Educate customers on additional services Modernistic can offer.
• Follow safety practices at sites and facility.
