Job summary

Alford Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Technician to respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage at residential and commercial properties.

You will perform mitigation, assess damage, set up equipment, and coordinate with clients and insurers to ensure work meets industry standards. The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs, work nights and weekends, and operate restoration tools while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver27s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50075 lbs regularly.
• Comfort working in confined spaces and hazardous conditions.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water losses and perform mitigation.
• Inspect and assess water damage using moisture detection.
• Extract standing water and remove damaged materials.
• Perform controlled demolition and set up drying equipment.
• Apply antimicrobial treatments and ensure safety on site.
• Communicate restoration progress to customers.
