Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is hiring a Mitigation Technician to respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies. You will perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration, and set up drying equipment.

You’ll document progress with company software, maintain gear and vehicles, and interact professionally with customers and team members. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• IICRC certifications a plus or willingness to obtain.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration tasks.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment.
• Document job progress using company software and mobile tech.
• Load, maintain, and organize vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
• Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergencies.
