Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Technician to support water, fire, and mold mitigation projects. You’ll work hands-on with a variety of tools, assist with light demolition, and set up equipment while following safety protocols and keeping vehicles ready.

You’ll document progress, track time and expenses, and provide flexible support across service lines on fast-paced jobs. A Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Water Mitigation Certification within 1 year is required or desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restoration experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, light demolition, and equipment setup
• Maintain clean, stocked, and response-ready company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
• Support project documentation, photos, and daily reports
• Track expenses, time, and complete necessary work orders
• Perform physical labor, debris removal, and material handling
• Provide flexible support across multiple service lines
