Job summary

Rainbow International Of Abington-Warrington in Lansdale, PA is seeking a restoration technician to join our on-site team. You will restore carpets, upholstery and draperies damaged by water, smoke, fire, or debris, and support cleaning projects.

The role requires self-motivation, good communication with customers and supervisors, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience is helpful but not required; valid driver's license and physical ability are needed.

Qualifications

• Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer literate with basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in water restoration, mold remediation and fire damage cleanup.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure timely service delivery.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate mitigation per IICRC standards.
• Communicate with customers on scope and review paperwork.
• Maintain restoration equipment and keep tools clean and ready.
• Assist with marketing to promote additional services.
• May cross-train in related positions as needed.
