Job summary

Rainbow International in Little Rock, AR is seeking a restoration technician to restore carpets, upholstery and draperies damaged by water, smoke, or fire. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality services.

You should be self-motivated, able to manage time, communicate with customers and supervisors, and adapt to fast-paced environments. A valid driver's license is required, and you may lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to standards and Rainbow's process.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork.
• Maintain all restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and ready for use.
• Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
