Rainbow Restoration is seeking a restoration technician in Lansdale to handle carpet, upholstery and fabric restoration after water, smoke or fire damage. You will join a team that values respect, integrity and customer focus while helping families, and contributing to service excellence across locations.

You are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage time to meet deadlines. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential; lifting up to 100

Qualifications

• Restoration or construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up.
• Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation per IICRC standards and Rainbow process.
• Communicate scope of work to customers and review paperwork.
• Maintain restoration and cleaning equipment and keep it ready for use.
• Assist with marketing tasks to promote additional services.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.
